1. Payments for the various services offered by Haryanarishte.com shall be on a 100% advance basis.
2. All the payment will be handled as per this Payment Policy.
3. We don’t warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We provide the service on an "As Is" basis.
4. However, we will take all necessary and important steps to provide its users error free, uninterrupted user experience.
5. There may be delay and interruption in the availability of the services.
6. The Users/ Members should acknowledge that use of the services is solely at their cost and risk.
7. We are not responsible for suspension of the Services, irrespective of the reasons for such interruption/ suspension.

1. Acceptance of this Payment Policy

1. This Payment Policy is an electronic contract that sets out the legal binding terms of use for making payment to purchase membership service on this website. This Payment Policy can be modified by We at any point of time. Any such modifications will become effective as per the discretion of company.
2. By accessing Haryanarishte.com and making payment, you accept this Payment Policy and agree to all of the terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced herein.

2. Purchase of paid membership

1. To purchase a 'Paid Membership', User has to register as a FREE.
2. He/ she can choose the appropriate membership plan and follow all the instruction to make payments.
3. All the payments for services related to Haryanarishte.com are to be deposited in the name of ‘Naino Education Pvt. Ltd’.

3. Methods of payment

1. User can make payments using major Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking (Indian Banks Only). Every payment transaction you do on 'Haryanarishte.com' is 100% secure. All payments are processed using highly secured Payment Gateway.
2. To provide you with highest level of security of the sensitive data Haryanarishte.com does not collect and store any payment related data (Credit/ Debit Card and Account details).

Haryanarishte.com uses third party payment gateway and failure in these gateways would be communicated to the users as it is. Extra currency/ conversion/ charges/ deductions/ error issues from payment gateway shall not be the responsibility of Haryanarishte.com

4. Activation of Package

1. Membership plan will be activated within 48 hours.
2. In case of Public holidays/National Holidays/Bank Holidays or in case of any technical issue in payment clearance this activation may take some more time.

5. Expiry of Package

1. Your package will expire once the duration for which you have purchased membership is over.
2. You can renew your package 30 days prior to its expiration to continue accessing the features.

6. POLICY

1. Haryanarishte.com will NOT refund ANY payment to ANY member for ANY reason whatsoever EXCEPT in the case of error on Haryanarishte’s part.
2. Haryanarishte is a portal that offers FREE ACCESS to matrimonial services to all its users.
3. Although we are not charging for registration at promotion stage of this website, assuming that we will compensate with ADVERTISEMENT fee, still if the maintenance of this portal becomes difficult for us, we will charges as per our payment plans in future.
4. Once an individual/ client/ User has purchased any service (i.e. subscription fees, advertisement of their business or any other type) from us they may choose to cancel the said service.

The terms and conditions for cancellation and refund are enunciated herein. 

1. In order to seek refund and cancel the services, the User shall foremost send us an email communicating the same at haryanarishte@gmail.com.If the email is received by us before the start of the service (i.e. before the service is live/ listed), a deduction amounting to 25% of the billed amount  shall be done, after which the refund of remaining amount shall be made within thirty (30) working days from the day the request is received by us. Any transaction charge arising out of this shall be solely borne by the User of the service.
2. However if the email for cancellation of service is received by us after the service is live/ listed and/or haryanarishte.com has started working on such service then no refund shall be made. The User may still send us an email at haryanarishte@gmail.com to remove such listing that has been done and/or to not avail such service. However no refunds shall be made even if the service is cancelled under such conditions. We reserve the right NOT to refund you on payments made to us due to your mistake.
3. If www.haryanarishte.com terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees, if any, paid by you. Certain provisions of this Agreement Term for the paid Membership would be in accordance with the type of membership undertaken. If www.haryanarishte.com has a reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member of the website then We may terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you.
4. www.haryanarishte.com will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this Agreement, including without limitation, removing the offending communication / Content from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund.
5. No other cancellation or refund requests shall be entertained.
6. Please pay attention to the following rules which if broken, will result in a PERMANENT BAN from the Haryanarishte site WITHOUT A REFUND:
7. Anyone found to be using the Haryanarishte website under the age of 18 will be banned immediately without refund and your IP address will also be banned.
8. You have registered as a member of Haryanarishte solely for the purpose of finding a spouse OR you are a parent/wali who has registered on behalf of their child WITH THEIR PERMISSION.
9. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.
10. You commit to keep all information provided to you by other members of Haryanarishte private and confidential and you will obtain the permission of the member who provided it to you prior to sharing it with a third party.
11. You will not request money, or any other form of financial assistance, from any member that you meet on this site – any attempt to do so may result in your details being shared with legal teams, lawyers, the Police or any other Government or legal bodies for the purpose of an investigation.
12. You will not send money or any form of financial asset to any other member that you meet on this site– any attempt to do so may result in your details being shared with legal teams, lawyers, the Police or any other Government or legal bodies for the purpose of an investigation.
13. You will not organize and will not participate in any funds transfer or any asset transfer arrangement organized by any member you meet on this site– any attempt to do so may result in your details being shared with legal teams, lawyers, the Police or any other Government or legal bodies for the purpose of an investigation.
14. You will not load or distribute any virus or software which may harm the site or any of its users.
15. You will not create multiple user accounts for yourself.
16. You will not post in your profile or communicate through any conversations vulgar material, pictures or sexual contents.
17. You will not post in your profile or communicate through any conversations any material promoting harmful or criminal thoughts, intent or action.
18. You will not post in your profile or communicate through any conversations any form of harassment, sexual or otherwise, racism, bigotry, violence, invasion of privacy, suggesting, engaging in or enticing other to commit any illegal or immoral acts. Such actions can be followed up and prosecuted as necessary.
19. You will not send to any member unsolicited mass mailings, junk mail, spam mail and chain letters, nor will you send any business information with the intent to engage or sell to other members including asking members to sign up to other websites or any other medium for products and services.
20. You will not engage in gathering personal information such as email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, financial information or any other kind of information of our members.
21. Profiles are approved within 48 hours and any profiles deemed suspicious or fraudulent will be rejected immediately with a permanent ban and NO refund.
22. Abuse to staff will NOT be tolerated in any way, shape of form, and will result in a permanent ban without refund.
23. You agree to include FACTUAL information about yourself which is a TRUE and ACCURATE representation of yourself. You may NOT use fake pictures (actors, actresses, models or any person who is not the actual member.) and any other misleading or untruthful personal Information, such as incorrect full names, misrepresented real age, location, country of residence, country of origin, religion, height, weight, and any other item of personal description can result in a permanent ban without refund.
24. Any member found to be trying to find ways to evade using our site conversation area and trying to post their personal details to take conversations off the site will be banned without refund.
25. Any member requesting to take conversations off the Haryanarishte website when compatibility has not been established can be subject to a permanent ban without refund.
26. Please note that ALL members of Haryanarishte – whether free or paid MUST adhere to the rules mentioned herein these terms and conditions. Failure to do so can result in a ban without refund.
27. It is YOUR responsibility to CANCEL your membership when you are no longer interested in being a member of Haryanarishte. Haryanarishte will NOT refund any members who have failed to do so.
28. A refund can NOT be given on the basis of members choosing not to correspond with you. Reasons for members failing to contact you include: poorly written profile, personal preferences and wants do not match yours, your profile may not be appealing to others, your personal circumstances may mean your profile is not of interest to others etc. This is by no means an exhaustive list, but in all such occasions, you CANNOT be refunded.
29. It is YOUR responsibility to communicate with members in a polite, respectful manner. Rude, offensive, filthy, disgusting or vulgar messages or any other inappropriate messages will result in a permanent ban without refund.

Disputes Arising

All the disputes arising under the Privacy Policy shall be dealt at Hisar (Haryana) Location in accordance with the mechanism stated in Terms of Usage under Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution clause.
